Section 66
(1)
The exchange rate regime for the ringgit shall be determined by the Minister on the recommendation of the Bank.
(2)
The Bank shall autonomously conduct foreign exchange operations for the efficient and effective functioning of the exchange rate regime and the foreign exchange market.
