The
Investigation
Committee shall investigate any complaint made against any member in the manner laid down in the rules and, where it considers that the complaint is justified, shall refer it to the Disciplinary Committee.
The Disciplinary Committee shall, if it thinks fit, exercise in respect of such member any disciplinary powers conferred upon it by the rules.
