General duties of licensed company

Section 24E
(1)
It is the duty of the licensed company to ensure that the services provided by it meet the performance standards established by the Director
General under paragraph 2B(a).
(2)
The licensed company shall have due regard to the efficiency, economy and safety of operation in respect of the services provided by it.
