Section 24

save under and in accordance with the relevant provisions of this

Act and of any subsidiary legislation made under it; and

unless the claim is made within three months of happening of the event which gave rise to the claim or within such further time as the Minister may, in any case or class of cases, allow.

This section shall not apply to any claims made under or any actions brought in pursuance of section 19.
