Section 7
(1)
Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, a member of the Authority appointed under paragraph 5(1)(a) or (d) shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding three years and is eligible for reappointment for a maximum period of one consecutive term.
(2)
Where any member ceases to be a member of the Authority following the expiry of his reappointment under subsection (1) he shall not be reappointed as the member of the Authority within three years from the expiry of his reappointment under subsection (1).
