Section 14
Section 8 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “Director General for
Civil Defence” the words “Chief Commissioner”;
and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “civil defence forces and services” the words “the Force”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “civil defence forces and services” the words “the Force”.
