Section 2
The Civil Defence Act 1951 [Act 221], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended by substituting for the long title the following long title:
“An Act to provide for the establishment of the Malaysia Civil
Defence Force and to provide for its functions and powers and related matters.”.
