Section 23A
Notwithstanding any rule of law or the provisions of this
Act or any other written law to the contrary, any person or agent found gaming together with the person charged for any offence under this Act shall not be presumed to be unworthy of credit by reason only of his having admitted to abetting the commission of an offence under this Act if his abetment or his attempt to abet or his participation in the gaming is solely for the purpose of securing the evidence against the person charged for the offence.
