Section 14
(1)
When any person employed to labour at mining or agriculture or at any other labour declared under section 13 to be subject to the provisions of the said section is found committing an offence under this Act in any place owned or occupied by his employer, he, and all other persons found abetting such offence, may be arrested without warrant by his employer or in the absence of the employer by any person authorized in writing by the employer to have the management of such place.
(2)
Every person arrested under this section shall without unnecessary delay be handed over to a police officer or taken to the nearest police station for detention until he can be brought before a Magistrate.
