Gaming in common gaming house

Section 6
(1)
Any person who games in a common gaming house shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding **five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
(2)
A person found in a common gaming house or found escaping from a common gaming house on the occasion of its being entered under this Act shall be presumed until the contrary is proved to be or to have been gaming therein.
