Statement relating to appointment of receiver or receiver and manager
If a receiver or a receiver and manager of the property has been appointed, every invoice, order for goods or services, business letter or order form whether in hard copy or electronic form issued by or on behalf of the corporation or the receiver or receiver and manager or the liquidator of the corporation and on which the name of the corporation appears, and every official website of the corporation where the name of the corporation appears shall contain a statement that a receiver or receiver and manager has been appointed.
(2)
A failure to comply with subsection (1) shall not affect the validity of such document.
(3)
The company and every officer who contravene this section commit an offence.
