Power of receiver or receiver and manager

Section 383
(1)
A receiver or receiver and manager shall have the powers and authorities expressly or impliedly conferred by the instrument or by the order of the Court, by or under which the appointment was made.
(2)
Subject to the instrument or order of the Court by or under which the appointment is made, a receiver or receiver and manager shall have the powers set out in the Sixth Schedule.
