Non-application of doctrine of constructive notice

Section 39
No person shall be deemed to have notice or knowledge of the contents of the constitution or any other document relating to a company, due to the fact—
(a)
that the constitution or document has been registered by the
Registrar; or
(b)
that it is available for inspection at the registered office of the company,
