Index of members of company
(2)
The company shall make any necessary changes in the index if there is any change in the particulars in the register of members within fourteen days from the date of the change.
(3)
The index shall in respect of each member contain a sufficient indication to enable the account of that member in the register to be readily accessible.
(4)
This section is not applicable to a company whose shares are quoted on a stock exchange.
(5)
The company and every officer who contravene this section commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit for each day during which the offence continues after conviction.
