Section 499
(2)
The special manager—
(a)
shall give such security and account in such manner as the
Court directs;
(b)
shall receive such remuneration as is fixed by the Court; and
(c)
may at any time resign after giving not less than thirty days’
notice in writing to the liquidator of his intention to resign, or on cause shown, be removed by the Court.
