58. Duty to notify of particulars and changes of director, manager and secretary
Feedback & supportA company shall notify the Registrar within fourteen days from the date—
after its incorporation, the particulars required to be specified under section 57;
of any change in the name, residential address and other prescribed particulars of any director, manager or secretary or the service address of any director;
after a person ceases to be, or becomes, a director of the company, the particulars required to be specified in the register required under section 57;
after a person becomes a manager or secretary of the company, specifying the full name, address and other occupation, if any, of that person; and
after a person ceases to be a manager or secretary of the company.
The Registrar shall determine the form, manner and extent of the information to be lodged under subsection (1).
Notice of a person having become a director of the company shall—
contain a statement of the particulars of the new director as set out in paragraph 57(1)(a); and

be accompanied with a consent to act in that capacity by that person.
The company and every officer who contravene this section commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit for each day during which the offence continues after conviction.
