573A. Beneficial ownership of foreign company

Division 8A of Part II shall apply to a foreign company subject to the following modifications:

(a)

a reference to a “company” shall be taken as a reference to a

“foreign company”; and

(b)

a reference to an “officer” shall be taken as a reference to an

“agent of a foreign company”.
