Delivery of share certificate

(2)
If a company contravenes subsection (1), the person may apply to the Court for an order directing the company and any officer of the company to deliver the certificate to the person within the period specified in the order.
(3)
The order may provide that all costs of and incidental to the application are to be borne by the company or by any officer who fails to deliver the certificate to the person within the period specified in the order.
