Section 95

a copy of the resolution or other document that authorized the variation; and

a notice as may be determined by the Registrar including a statement of capital, as at the date on which the variation takes effect.

Paragraph (1)(a) does not apply if the company is required to lodge a copy of the resolution or other document with the Registrar under other provision of this Act.

The company and every officer who contravene this section commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not

exceeding ten thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit for each day during which the offence continues after conviction.
