Regulations with respect to employment
of Companies Commission of Malaysia Act 2001

Section 23
(1)
The Commission may, from time to time, make regulations with respect to the employment of employees of the Commission.
(2)
The regulations made under this section may include provisions for—
(a)
the manner of appointment, and the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Commission; and
(b)
the payment of gratuities, pensions and other benefits to the employees of the Commission.
