Access to computerized data

Section 27
(1)

Any Commission officer conducting a search under this Act shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise.

(2)

For the purpose of this section, the Commission officer shall be provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware or any other means required for his access to enable the comprehension of the computerized data.
