Surrender of certificate on removal from the Register

Section 41
(1)
A registered person shall surrender to the Board his certificate of registration or certificate of temporary registration, as the case may be, and his practicing certificate within twenty-one days of being notified under subsection 38(3) of the decision of the
Disciplinary Committee under section 40 to remove his name from the Register.
(2)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
