Appeal against decision of the Disciplinary Committee

Section 42
(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Disciplinary
Committee against him under section 40 may, within thirty days of being notified of such decision, appeal against the decision to the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Disciplinary Committee.
(3)
A decision of the Minister under subsection (2) shall be final.
