Section 3

(1)

There is hereby established a committee, to be called the Land Advisory

Committee, which shall consist of ―

(a)

an officer in the public service, who shall be the Chairman of the

Committee;

(b)

the Director;

(c)

the Director of Agriculture;

(d)

two other persons who are not in the public service.

(2)

The members of the Committee mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection

(1)

shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri and shall hold office for such period as the

Yang di-Pertua Negeri may determine.
