Certification of judgment
of Courts of Judicature Act 1964
Whenever a criminal case is decided on appeal, the
Court of Appeal shall certify its judgment or order to the courts concerned.
(2)
The courts concerned shall thereupon make such orders as are conformable to the judgment or order of the Court of Appeal, and, if necessary, the record shall be amended in accordance therewith.
(3)
Upon the withdrawal or discontinuance of any appeal the
Registrar of the Court of Appeal shall notify the courts concerned

accordingly, and, if any stay of execution has been granted, the sentence or order of the trial court or as varied by the High Court in its appellate jurisdiction, as the case may be, shall forthwith be enforced, but nothing in this subsection shall be deemed to limit or restrict the powers of extending time conferred upon the Court of Appeal by section 56.
