Section 94
(1)
On the termination of the hearing of an appeal the
Federal Court shall, either at once or on some future day which shall either then be appointed for the purpose or of which notice shall subsequently be given to the parties, deliver judgment in open court.
(2)
In criminal appeals and matters the Federal Court shall ordinarily give only one judgment, which may be pronounced by the
Chief Justice or by such other member of the Federal Court as the
Chief Justice may direct:
Provided that separate judgments shall be delivered if the
Chief Justice so determines.
(3)
The judgment of any member of the Federal Court who is absent may be read by any other Judge.
