Section 36

The Corporation may, with the written approval of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, guarantee any loans made by any bank or financial institution to any applicant approved by the Corporation for purpose for which the Corporation might itself have granted such loan.

Suspension of payment of principal and interest and power to extend time, compound or release.
