Section 50

Any applicant for a loan or guarantee who wilfully fails to disclose any material information within his knowledge, or wilfully makes any statement which he knows to be false or does not believe to be true, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction thereof, be liable to a fine of five hundred ringgit and imprisonment for six months.
