Section 70

Prosecutions in respect of offences committed under this Enactment or any regulation or rule may be conducted by any public officer authorized in writing in that behalf by the

Public Prosecutor under section 377 (b) of the Criminal Procedure Code [F.M.S. Cap. 6.].
