Section 17
(1)
Where the certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to section 16, the holder of the certificate shall, within fourteen days from the date of service of the notice of revocation of registration, surrender the certificate to the Registrar.
(2)
A person who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
