Section 3
(1)
The Minister shall appoint a public officer to be known as the “Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies” for the purposes of carrying out the functions and powers assigned to the Registrar under this Act.
(2)
The appointment of the Registrar shall be published by notification in the Gazette.
