Section 60
(1)
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Registrar, if he considers it consistent with the purposes of this Act or in the interest of the public, by order published in the Gazette exempt a credit reporting agency, person or such class, category or description of persons, from all or any of the provisions of this
Act for such duration and subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister may specify.
(2)
The Minister may at any time, on the recommendation of the Registrar, by order published in the Gazette, revoke any order made under subsection (1).
