Order to be served or notified

Section 90
(1)
The order and any other notice or order given or made under this Chapter shall, if practicable, be served on the person against whom it is made in the manner in this Code provided for service of a summons.
(2)
If the order cannot be so served it shall be notified by proclamation published in the Gazette, and a copy of it shall be posted at such place as may be fittest for conveying the information to that person.
