Station-master to produce railway invoices and waybills

Section 60
(1)
The station-master at the place of import or export of goods by rail and at the customs station to which goods are consigned, shall produce to the proper officer of customs the railway invoice or waybill or any other document approved by the Director General, as the case may be, in respect of such goods.
(2)
No cargo shall be loaded into or unloaded off the train except with the permission of the proper officer of customs.
