Section 14
(1)

Any person who administers any dangerous drug specified in Parts III and IV of the First Schedule to any other person shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.

(2)

Nothing in this section shall be deemed to render unlawful the administration of any such drug by or under the directions of a registered medical practitioner or a registered dentist or a medical or dental officer of any visiting force lawfully present in Malaysia who is resident in Malaysia on full pay and acting in the course of his duty.
