Possession, etc., of prepared opium

Section 9
(1)
No person shall—
(a)
import into or export from Malaysia; or
(b)
keep or have in his possession, custody or control; or
(c)
manufacture, sell or otherwise deal in, any prepared opium.

(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding *twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
