Section 43

Where a foreign government requests the Government of Malaysia, or where a foreign authority requests the

Malaysian authority, for assistance in Malaysia in relation to any drug-related matter in the foreign country, it shall be lawful for the Malaysian authority on the direction of the

Government or at his own instance to render or cause to be rendered all or any such assistance as is requested to the extent and in the manner authorized under this Part.
