62. Regulations

The Minister may make regulations for the further, better and more convenient carrying out of the provisions or purposes

Dangerous Drugs (Forfeiture of Property) 81

of this Act and without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the Minister may make regulations—

for providing forms in respect of any notice or order or other proceedings under this Act;

for prescribing anything required to be prescribed under this Act.
