Section 48

A person who commences to serve in a post in a public service in pursuance of a notice issued under subsection 47(1), shall continue to serve in that post or in such other subsequent post in the same or such other public service as may from time to time be determined by the Director General in his discretion for a continuous total period of

not less than three years to the satisfaction of the Director General and if he fails to do so he shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
