Revocation and resignation of members of the Board

Section 20
(1)
The Minister may, at any time after consulting the
Chairman, revoke the appointment of any member of the Board appointed under paragraphs 18(1)(d) to (i).

The member of the Board appointed under paragraphs 18(1)(c)
to (i) may at any time resign his office by a notice in writing to the Chairman.
