to register and issue certificates to dental therapists;

to register and issue certificates to post-basic dental therapists;

to regulate any examination for registration of dental therapists;

to regulate the standards of practice of dental therapists;

to regulate the ethics and professional conduct of dental therapists; and

to do such other things as may be required or permitted to do under this Act.
