Any person who displays or permits to be displayed in any premises—

(a)
a certificate of registration;
(b)
a practising certificate;

(c)
a certificate of registration as a specialist;
(d)
a certificate of registration as a post-basic dental therapist;
or
(e)
a certified copy of any of (a), (b), (c) or (d), bearing his name or photograph at any time when his name is not in the Dental Register or the Dental Therapists Register or he does not hold a valid practising certificate, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six years or to both.
