Section 72
Duty to assist authorized officer
Whenever an authorized officer exercises his powers under this Act, the practitioner or the owner or occupier of any premises used or believed to be used as a place to practise dentistry and any person found in that premises shall—
(a)
provide the authorized officer with the assistance as the authorized officer may reasonably require;
(b)
give the authorized officer all reasonable information in related matter; and

(c)
produce to the authorized officer any book, record or document in his possession or custody or under his control or within his power to furnish, relating to the affairs of the place of practice.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.
