Guidelines and directives

Section 83
(1)
The Council or the Board may issue guidelines and directives as the Council or the Board considers necessary or expedient.
(2)
The guidelines and directives issued under this section shall be complied with by all practitioners.
(3)
Any practitioner who fails to comply with the guidelines or directives shall be subjected to the disciplinary authority of the Council or the Board, as the case may be.
