Section 85
(1)
The Council and the Board may call for such information as it may require to be furnished by any practitioner whose name is in the Dental Register or Dental Therapists Register and such practitioner shall furnish the information within thirty days of being required to do so.
(2)
Where there is any change in the information furnished to the Council or the Board, the practitioner shall notify the Council or the Board, as the case may be, of the change within three months of the occurrence of the change.
(3)
Any practitioner who fails to comply with this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.
