Section 101

An investigating officer shall be deemed to be a public servant for the purposes of the Penal Code [Act 574], and to be a public officer for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Code and the

Evidence Act 1950 or any other written law which the Minister may, on the recommendation of the Bank, prescribe.
