Report to Minister
(2)
The State Authority, in the case of—
(a)
a development financial institution which is a statutory body established by State law or by any subsidiary legislation made under any State law; or
(b)
any other development financial institution which falls under the responsibility, powers, control or jurisdiction of the State Authority, may submit a report to the Minister with a recommendation to examine the business and affairs of the development financial institution under sections 84 to 86.
