Section 24
(1)
The Bank may direct the directors or officers of the prescribed institution to give effect to a preliminary order of the Bank under subsection 22(1) or an order of the Bank confirmed under subsection 23(1), or to take such action as may be incidental, ancillary or consequential to such order.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with the direction under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding five million ringgit or to both.
