Section 13
(1)
Where it comes to the knowledge of a prescribed institution that any acquisition as is referred to in subsection 12(1) has been effected or is about to be effected in respect of itself, the prescribed

institution shall report it to the Bank within thirty days from the date the prescribed institution becomes aware of such acquisition.
