Section 77

A prescribed institution shall, within fourteen days *of the laying of its accounts at its annual general meeting, or within such further period as the Bank may approve, submit to the Bank, a copy each in print and in record stored or recorded by an electronic means and on electronic medium, of its accounts **as laid before the annual general meeting together with minutes of the meeting duly certified by its company secretary.
